Does everyone agree that dispite the decisions by the EU, the Zurich agreement has not been adhered to by the "RoC".

In the same way as Treaty of Serves was never ratified by Turkey, the Zurich Agreement was not ratified by the ROC.

Kifeas stop acting dumb. I thought that you were proud of your IQ. Has the "RoC" acted within the confines of the Zurich agreement. There are those that want to return to this agreement.

Zan, I am not acting dumb! It is you who is dumb! The above sentence is meaningless! "Has the "RoC" acted within the confines of the Zurich agreement?" Why? Where? When? In which case? What you have said above, is not English but Chinese!
