What are the strata laws in relation to keeping pets in apartments in Cyprus?

There really isn't a law stating that pets are not allowed to live in apartments, to be honest, this is down to the property owner.

However, IF IT has been seen by the whole apartment to not have pets (usually down to the person holding responsibility for the common exspense and such), then this can cause a problem. It is best to speak to the rest of the building, possibly just letting them know you have a pet esp if it is a dog.

But no actual law laid down about animals and apartments.
