Is this an ad?

If it is it should be removed, because ads are prohibited in the forum, plus we are talking about something illegal here.

From now on, I guess we shouldn't talk about the TRNC, Turkish soldiers, settlers and so on because they're all illegal?

If the court case against the British couple continues to go against them, should the tag-line not be 'Invest £10,000 in Cyprus property and give back £21,000 in legal fees and compensation in under one year!'

For once, I find myself in complete agreement with piratis, this is a blatant ad and should be removed. I'm surprised you posted this insan, rationale please. :?:

I just posted it to inform you about a part of the latest developments concerning properties issue. This is the first time that I heard a real estate comany claims a "fantastic return on investment of over 110% in under a year."

Is it because of they strongly believe that the Annan Plan will be accepted as is by GCs, sooner or later or they are in fear of losing all of their already invested money, in case of a new plan proposed which envisages totally different provisions concerning the GC properties? Or do they just want to sell the properties they already have as soon as possible by deluding the potential buyers with fake promises. Does anyone have any idea wheter it is possible to get %110 in under a year by investing on those prperties they offer?

Insan,

I too saw the same ad and yes, they do have properties on their books that are in the south. The company is British I beleive. Just one of the many that are making a living off our backs (TC and GC).

Is it possible to make 110% on an investment in a year? Well of course! But that is a HIGH RISK investment which is what any investment in the north will be.

Insan,
If they believe what they say, why don't they wait to sell "their" properties next year? :D

Hmmm, good question Pantelis. Perhaps they have plenty in stock. I have no idea actually and still thinking on the issue... Image
