Can this be proven not to be true?

Yet I would not try underhand methods to insult holy men of any religion. Personally I respect Jesus Christ, even though I am a muslim. My advice to you would be the same.

I was not personally making these accusations and I am sure the religion has many good points but lets face it, there is a lot about Islam that does not deserve respect.

DA....fair point.......the RC church has long protected its priests who have been know to peadophiles... only just now are they starting to be active in weeding out the perpetrators of these acts who purport to be men of God..... But at least if they are guilty of these henious crimes, it is coming into the open. If critisicm or a truth can be shown then it should be in the open. You can only for so long hide the truth IF there is really something to hide.

Niki, may I respectfully suggest you do some reading on the habits / way of life of the people of that period. I could answer most of the points, but its best if you do some background reading. Plz bear in mind that there will be a lot of anti Islamic propaganda from the enemies of the rising religion at the time. What you have opened here is a Pandoras box and I believe is not suitable for this forum. It is too sensitive a subject. There will be no more from me re: this subject.
