What is the UN Security Council going to do about it?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I will leave others to tell you off on this one Pyro

Hmm, I wish we had a Zionism topic area because it's such an intriguing global issue.

Come on Admin! get rid of those holiday crap topic areas and replace them with something interesting!

But still you take the time to comment

That's because I sometimes get bored shitless! I just hate those petty topics like "How do I save 5 pounds off the taxi charge and where can you get the cheapest pint" kind of vagabond topics!

Ever thought of not going there in the first place?

If you are bored then lets discuss this theory you have about the different evolution of our two species. What was that about again :?

Zan!!............. Don't you start that again :nevil:

Eavesdropping eh? Iceman reads more than he posts… maybe we should do the same!

At least he knows what I refering to and not playing dumb

What do you do for a living Deniz, if you don't mind me asking.

He's a professional cry baby!

Btw, do you mind directing me to the evolutionary stuff you're on about?

Perhaps I remember it wrong and I apologise if I do but did you not have a theory on why the Greeks are more advanced than Turks in evolutionary terms. I seem to remember this being your opening post on another Forum. :?

What? Since when do I think the Greeks OR the Turks are advanced???
I might have been talking about the Cypriots though!

Seriously without a link it's like a drop in the ocean! :?

Observer said
Since Papadopoulos, the GC community leader, refuses to meet Talat, the TC community leader,

If papadopoulos met Talat what would Mr Talat say to him?

btw I do believe that it is time for Papadopoulos to meets Talat, no doubt that the RoC needs to do that, hopefully through respect, trust will be built and then a solution.

I would like to know though that this year is papdopoulos that is blamed for the stalemate, who willbe blamed next year.

What positive steps has the trnc taken for reconciliation/ unification? How has the Talat administration been able to show that it has a the intention and good will for unification since the referendum which was not to incriminate any of the sides regardless of the outcome?

I don`t know about that but I can ball-park what Tassos might say:

“We [Cyprus] do not want, nor do we seek to transfer the weight of our problems to the shoulders of Greece. But, we do want our Greek brothers to realise that we in Cyprus, as we resist Turkish expansionism and fight for the national and physical survival of Greek Hellenism, are forward defenders of Hellenism in its widest meaning and dimension."

or maybe he`ll say:

" ...the time factor will not make us accept a solution which will not secure the natural and national survival of Hellenism in Cyprus"

or perhaps:

"The Cypriot people can rest assured that I have no other concern but to best serve their interests, especially Cypriot Hellenism at this critical phase"

or even:

"Today, the meaning of freedom for us is the consolidation of national identity in the outpost of Hellenism"

or some different words for the 44 year-old GC melody that the TCs know very well. And than Tassos will go on with his lies about being the president of Cyprus, being the president of the RoC and being the president of all Cypriots.

I don`t know what Talat will say to him, but what Talat and the rest of the world should say to him is this:

"The worst crime is faking it."
-Kurt Cobain

I dont know what Talat would say,but I know what I would say if I were Talat,"Mr president,I have just abolished the trnc, can I come and become your vice president in the long ago agreed Republic of Cyprus???"

Now what do you think Papadopoulos would reply to that???? :D

Birkibrisli you are tripping on hot air my friend :) :) )   Wishiful thinking both you and I . I think we'll have to wait a long time to hear that.

I don't really know much about Papadopoulos, really but I guess he'll say something like , welcome Mr vice President, lets us re-build our country and bring peace to our people and our nation.

then they shake on it and you and I throw a party :) :) :) :)
