Suzuki Dealers

Postby Cyprus4MeSoon » Sat Jun 16, 2007 9:08 pm

Hi All,
I am new to this forum, though I have spent several months reading other peoples posts! and have found it really useful and sometimes entertaining!!!

I say a big Hello to you all.

Now for the nitty gritty!!!!

Can anyone tell me if there is a Suzuki Dealer in Cyprus and if so, can you give me a website that I can look into?

Many thanks

Hi Wendie.

First off, welcome to Cyprusforum. There are several Suzuki dealers in Cyprus. There is one in Limassol on Omonia Ave. As you come from the Old Port heading to the New Port, you pass the big Keo factory, keep going straight. Keep going till you see a junction saying New Port (or Limani). At those lights, you want to turn right. Keep going going straigh till you see a LUK Oil petrol station on the left. A Suzuki dealer is directly opposite.

One in Larnaca, coming from the Port in Larnaca, you pass Carrefour which is on your left hand side. Suzuki is approx 300metres on the left hand side.

Saw one in Nicosia, can't remember where though (sorry).

Hope this is of some help. Don't know any websites though.

Cheers,
George

Hi George,

Thank you for the welcome and for all the information you have given.
I will see if I can find a website for any of them to get an idea of price.
Wanted to find out if it was worth buying one here in the UK and shipping it out to Cyprus, or waiting until we get there. I have read so much that say that cars are a lot more expensive in Cyprus to what they are in the UK!

Anyway, thank you again

If I get a chance to pop past a dealer (the one in Larnaka), I'll have a look through the window to see prices. I know that they are not very expensive here.

Second hand cars a very overpriced in Cyprus, but new cars are fairly reasonable in prices.

Thank you George, that is very kind of you.
I feel it would be better to buy one in Cyprus rather than ship one over, just incase anything ever goes wrong with the car.

Many thanks

Hey Wendie, just drove past the Suzuki dealer in Larnaka. A new Jimni is £7590 (Cyp). It didn't say if it was £7590 + VAT or if it was £7590 inc VAT. I'd imagine its + VAT on top. Hope that helps.

Hi George,

Thank you very much for that, I really appreciate it.
Unfortunatly it makes it quite a bit more than it is here in the UK, (approx £3,500.00 more!) that is assuming that the price is plus VAT.

But, I thank you again for all your help, I will try and find a website address for them to clarify whether VAT is included or not.

Have a good evening and hope to speak to you again in the future

All the best

Wendie
