That's based on your uneducated assumption that Turkey has such an option...

http://thecyprusproblem.100webspace.net ... icle31.htm

That’s why I have no respect for what you or Bananiot have to say because your input is mostly based on scaremongering tactics to fool the unaware.

  Fine, don't be fooled then...See where that will take you...

Are you sure you're not VP?

I am not sure of anything anymore,MP...

Talat will never apologise because Turkey's strategy is to present the TCs as victims in the misguided hope that the world will acknowledge this and grant recognition to a TC state.

As a strategy, it's laughable. And Turkey's strategy coincides exactly with that of BirKibrisli; present the TCs as nothing other than victims - with no responsibility for their own actions, past or present - in the misguided hope that free Cypriots will acknowledge this and grant recognition to a TC state.

Turkey and BirKibrisli - arse and breeches.

Do you have a beter idea for removing Turkey from Cyprus?
Lets hear it...

I have an idea.

Turkey sends ships and aircraft to transport it's troops and equipment back home - they could be gone in a couple of months.

Yep,that might work for sure...Why don't you suggest it to Erdogan,or better still to Basbug... :)

I think I'll wait to suggest it to a leader that does not dwell on the past, but has an open mind, vision and aspirations and wants something better for the future of all Cypriots.

Why would the do that, for one the TCs dont want them to go unless we agree a comprehensive solution.

How about the TCs then become citizens of the RoC.

Administratively this should be simple as I understand you all have RoC passports.

Then every Cypriot citizen above the age of 18 is eligible to vote in local, national and european elections.

And what would that give us?

Would you be laughing if and when it happens? Or are you really a collaborator?

Just do a search on Cyprus, in "Google news" each day and follow the progress. The recent victory in the High Court was....

...not the end. It was not even the beginning of the end. But it was, perhaps, the end of the beginning.

it is nice to dream...It doesn't cost anything...

Liberation is a dream pursued until it is realised.

Turkey will be bankrupt.

Turkey's army will be starving.

Exactly the same rights as every Cypriot citizen, whether they are Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Bhuddist, black, white, straight, gay, transexual, able bodied, disabled, etc.

What more could you possibly want?

Beg forgiveness. (Like Talat should have done, to reciprocate the apology of Christofias). And the Cypriots will give it to them, before giving them something to eat and packing the poor boys off back to their mothers in Anatolia.

Not being forced to live in a GC state run by GC "majority" but given the freedom to choose between 2 states north and south, to live and administer ourselves and not be exposed to GC domination which we can all see from the is forum how much still thrives today and would cause us to become foreigners in our own country.
