what do u mean 2 dining areas??? Are they both seperate rooms?? Or is 1 connected to kitchen?? (I'm looking for 4 bed 2 living room would this work?)

Downstairs is open plan with a large lounge area / dining , kitchen and the other dining area

Upstairs are 3 double beds + a very large landing a with a veranda off of it

would love to see pics please!! Is the lounge/dining area able to be seperated?? I know this sounds weird but we need 2 living areas! even if the dining part became 4th bedroom we do need some sort of seperation!! Thanks!
