In Ayia Napa. Have fond memories of this hotel although I did stay there over 15 years ago. It was awesome. Nowadays, the place is completely built up with loads of restaurants around the area. Prefer to keep my memories though.

Adams Beach hotel is one of the Best in the Napa area. Excellent location, private beach, huge pool and outside bar / snack areas and resturant. Pretty much 1st class all round.

I haven't actually stayed there myself but was in the hotel grounds last week when I was there and it looked very nice.

I can recommend Valentino's restaurant which is close by, fantastic food, great choice and very friendly staff.

Bar wise, The Garden is a fun place to go, good atmosphere and they make you very welcome, they have a kareoke which is good laugh too.
