hi iam hoping to move to cyprus in 2009 along with my disabled dad who at the moment claims DLA does anyone know if he would still be able to claim in cyprus? he will be 70 in2009 :!:

go to the DLA site in the UK and it tells you....

Sorry, No you can't claim disabled living allowance here.
It is only possible to continue to claim Incapacity Benefit and Industrial Injuries Benefit if you were claiming for at least 6 months before arriving.
