Why oh Why do we constanly get Africa shoved in our faces? Talk about self inflicted injuries; never throughout history has one continent done so much to harm itself.

Why do Brits love their pets so much, we had a Rottie who died when 5 years ago she was 6 years old, I still miss her, It was my wife's dog, followed her everwhere, my wife still cry's over her and swears she see her occasionally. Are we weird?

I/we have a confession to make on this subject.

We had 2 cats, Tetley for nearly 10 years and Horris 8 years.

We moved them both from the UK to France and they stayed there with us on our campsite/holiday complex for 2 years.

But, when we moved to Cyprus.

Not only did we think neither would survive the flight, we felt we could not take them from the countryside that they loved to be in, to a country that does not respect pets.

Also the quotes we had – just for the flight was from £3000 to £5000

Now I have to hide any photos of the cats from Jo… Otherwise she gets upset.

The plus side – We now have 2 fantastic children --- Louis & Hannah

Ps … Louis does not have sharp nails – but at two & a half – he can bite & punch back Hard!!!

Africa is in the poor state that it is in because of Africans , corrupt , cruel despots who dont give a toss about their own people and blame all their problems on the West. Out of every $ in aid given to Africa less the 3 cents get to the people it was intended for , check out on google how much aid is misappropriated or used to buy limousines and jets for the bastards in charge , Mugabe is a prime example. he fucked his country up and saw to it that his people are a million times worst off than they were under Smith .
