I posted a picture of our lab here a few weeks ago in the woods surrounded by bluebells titled "beauty and the beast". Last summer he developed lymphoma and was given only a couple of months to live but he had 6 months chemotherapy and is still with us. We know he is slowly dying, he sleeps a lot and can only manage short walks, but he is not in any pain and still wags his tail when there is food about.

Make the most of your pets, make the most of your friends but above all make the most of your family, you never know how much time you will have together.

The dog was pug ugly and had a limp and had a nasty habit of licking its B@ll@<ks, so was glad of your idea to get shot of it.
Many thanks

rotate, in defence of Colmax, I feel he was enticed by Karma to make the comment he did, if you read from the beginning of this topic I am sure you will agree.

Colmax is about to embark on an arduous overland journey to Cyprus (from Braintree in Essex), I think such an enterprise certainly places him above Mr Average.

Best wishes to you. :) :) :) :) :)

Pets are part of the family and of course you love them as a member of the family.

Every time someone talks about feeling emotional about a pet Karma (bless her) throws in the same comments about third world starvation, not sure why or what is being proven here but I can think of at least 4 instances now.

Third world starvation is a terrible thing but why connect it to pet posts - every time??? What is the link and is there a deep phsycological meaning hidden in the word "pet"??
