Sorry, I didn’t read the whole thread but call centers (not the wh0ring type), places like www.wagerlogic.com pay a minimum of £700 cyp until you are trained, once out of training you can earn anything from £800 - £1200 a month, this is excluding the monthly rewards they have, 13th salary, BUPA medical package etc.

by the way the 13th month salary is not a bonus, most Cypriots think their bosses are given them extra money at the end of the year, but its not true.

you would have already work for it.

true .....
ialready get a 13th salary but what is 400 pound spread over a year ? peanuts ! and i dont really want to act like a monkey to only get peanuts.

This is how it works

some months have 5 weeks but you only get paid for 4 weeks, out of the whole year there is an extra 4 weeks, which you would work, and this is where the 13 salary comes in.

the other way is if the boss says he will pay you £7000.00 yearly then he will divide this by 13 which gives you £538.47 per month for 13 months and no more, even though you will expect to work over time for nothing,

and there is a 14 month salary as well, which works in the same way as the yearly salary.

so people don't ever think you are getting a good deal,

By the way I pay an hourly rate and pay over time and shit loads of it

i do have neighbours but most of them live in england and don't come till the middle of summer and the people under us can't because they don't have space either
