How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Alex, as I said a couple of times I have NOTHING to discuss with Greeks because its a total waste of time. Greece has been nothing but catastrophic for Cyprus and the sooner we go our separate ways the better. Greeks/Greece are like expired milk and theres only one place for that down the sink!

Adios.
of course you have nothing to say when you are cornered, but don't try to use lame excuses, you've been very eager to comment on Greece and Greeks on other occasions. Adieu

The only time I bother to whack you lot on the head is when you attempt to undermine my country's history by broadcasting lies when the evidence clearly proves that Cyprus was “Cyprus” before any of you Greeks or Turks even existed.

As for “cornering” me Alexis, the day I’ll take you seriously I will swiftly finish you off in one or two posts and you’ll then realize why you’re still a grade “C” debater so don’t get too cocky thank you.

Natty wrote: Hi Alexis, I was wandering, wasn't the pogrom in 1955? As far as I know the first inter-communal violence in Cyprus happened in 1958 (When a bomb was placed by the TMT to incite violence), and this confuses me because why were people demonstrating against violence in 1955? Or was it that they thought there would be attacks?

Thanks.

It WAS dear Natty. At a time that there was absolutely no violence in Cyprus and not even one TC was hurt, and the Eoka was not even formed. That’s what I am saying all the time in this forum, the "Taksim" cause not only it was not a direct reaction to Eoka and Enosis (as the Turkish propaganda so frequently claims) but it was a totally separate issue, rising from the fact the British were about to leave.
The plan was to force Greece react to to the pogrom in Constantinople/Istanbul, by taking equal measures against the TCs in Cyprus….

In reality I was not looking for reasons in order to expand or excuse my hatred for the T/Cs since , unlike you I dont have any hatred for my brothers and sisters , I searched for people that lived in peace all those years ago and found many.

Unlike you I search for reasons to give me hope for the future for our people , you search for reasons to sustain your intense hatred of people that you do not know , only you think you do. Look at my relationship with so many T/Cs on this forum alone. With some I differ in views but with all I have something in common , respect that it is reciprocated. Bir , Kikapu , mrfromng , BigOz all have their own personalities and views , Turkish Cypriot too , Piratis , Alexis (not to be confused with the foul mouth one , all have varying degrees of differences but I'm confident in stating that I'm respected for my views and not hated by any of them. I hope you too will see the folly of continuing with the past and move on to the future. It is the future of our children and grandchildren that is at stake , the new generation that we both want to live side by side in peace. Ask Bir , mrfromng , Kikapu , all three would have no hesitation being my neighbour , and I would not have any hesitation to have them as mine.
I have met many hot heads from both sides over the years. Never have I failed to communicate with anyone because of my determination and honest from the heart opinions and dreams about Cyprus.

Did you visit any of those villages I gave you details of?

Everyone has their own opinions and ways of expressing it, I respect yours thats why you have to also respect mine.

Its because I do not want to throw my children into the fire that I ask for safeguards and guarantees to ensure they are not buried alive just becuase fanatical Gcs want to rule supreme, you will definately say my comments are far fetched but how will you guarantee these things will not happen? and how will you feel if they do?

He will guarantee it by giving you PARTITION! Isn't this what you are asking for with your repeated in 5000+ posts in this forum?
So you got your answer now shut up, and get the hell out of this forum.

If you're not capable of separating the Greek citizens from a dictatorship that took over the country 30 years ago which included a group of old alzhemeirs war criminals and their millitary poodles then you are a racist. It might be of no matter to you but its as simple as that.

Well let's separate it DT. What do you see?

I personally see the worst in Junta dictatorship, but really don't see anything bright/promising not even trustworthy to the rest.

Forget it man. It's either we find a solution with the TCs here or they will first disappear from this country and be replaced by settlers, and after some time we the GCs will disappear as well.

Both Greece and Turkey burned us here!

I did not speak ill of the souvla and I would never dare do so, it was an apparently poor attempt to highlight the significance of this sacred activity of the Cypriots and I therefore withdraw my comment, so that I may soon be allowed to have some. Oh, and FETA ROCKS

The point is we in Cyprus never claimed to be smart, or great, we are a bunch of villagers whose only priority is eating and eating and drinking, and of course later on shitting. We are simple people, don't care neither understand the great Greek ideals nor the great principles of Ataturks and all those things.

-Lefteria stin SOUVLA. (Liberty to Souvla. ) It includes shish Kebab of course, and sheftalies and all those things.
-Vengeance contre de VPs (revenge to the VPs)
