Poor baby! Maybe its photoshop or maybe the lady is the elder sister of the baby and not the mother. I dont want to believe that any mother would do that... And why blame the mother automaticly. Maybe the father is out with a chick ... In any case thats just sick...

Oh and the man has no fault? Both of them are low life as they dont care about the baby! poor baby :(
