I'll be in Paphos for a week's holiday at the end of August so could you or somebody post a little list of "must see" places from Paphos and all the way up to Polis for a near-clueless Nicosian visitor like myself?
Regards, GR.

I will prepare a small list for you but it's very hard to know what you would like as I have never met you before. A must to visit would be the piano bar of the Elysium Hotel For me a drive through Ceder Valley would be a great experience while to others it could be very boring, it depends on the individual I guess. If you like we can always meet and do a little trip together. I am always available for trips and as I work only in the evenings I have the whole day free.

Sounds good, we like all the historical stuff, unique views, nature, piano bars too, and that Ceder valley sounds good also. Probably the only thing we don't like is old-fashioned village meze like snails and little birds and god-knows what else some people eat out there.

Its a straight uphill road, and if you stop your car and put it in neutral it will start rolling uphill. No one has been able to explain why so far. All my visitors which I have shown this to, have been amazed.
