We are living in north and our work,school and house is in north.Why i have to come to live in south to get back my garden bad?

If you claim that Republic Of Cyprus contains whole Cyprus,so north isn't Cyprus? I'm living in north and when i want back my property they have to give! Ok?

Also TC properties given to GC refugees and they are living in most of TC properties.

Remember Arif Mustafa case and what happaned! How GC refugees reacted to owner when he wanted to peacefully enjoy his property.

Actually quite the contrary i want all t/c to return to their properties howvevr also all the g/c to return to thiers,and the g/c that live in t/c property in the south do not own the property but rent it from the roc govt.which in turn uses the money to maintain the properties that g/c live in.the house you live in the north is yours?or was it given to you?or did you purchase it from someone who it was given to with a "trnc"title deed?

They called it "rent". How much money they are taking as rent bill?

WHo is living in TC houses in the free areas?

Are you saying that anything like to proportion of GC Properties in the occupied areas are inhabited in the free areas by GC's.

Do not forget that there was a mass exodus of both GC and TC post invasion.

My fathers house in "Esentepe" Agios Amvrosios is used as a holiday house by a Turkish Military officer. I would have a little better if a TC was living in it.

Also its important to note that 92 % of legal titles to properties in the north are either held by GC's, the Church or the ROC.

May be but what you do never becomes lawful.TRNC and TRNC title deeds are already illegal and null.But what about not letting us to return our own property? If you claim that you are doing legal things and you are a legal goverment when i want my property to peacefully enjoy you have to let me to do it.

i agree with you. i believe TCs should be allowed to return to their properties in the South even though Turkey is still ilegally occupying GCs houses in the north.

im not sure what the big deal is, because even if TCs choose to keep the property but live in the north they would still have to pay taxes so every side benefits.
