Sevgili Lena you did not like other forum members using the "posessive" towards you, so I am trying to be cautious> ....and you play tavli. Oh panayiamou. Gotta make that trip

I have to apologise...that was only one time...I never get mad with those things...I do use my dear, my love ... especially when I am talking in my language...I do use them all the time...is how I am, how I learn to behave...especially through my job. By the way I know the difference and the meaning of sevgilim and many many others   so no need to explain it for me. . .but thanks for the translation.

By the way I do know tavli...but I thought you was Muslim..."Panagia mou"???

But if you do it, if you do that trip, I will do my best for you not to regret it!!!

Well Lena I will not do that again. It is refreshing to know that there is a new generation of multilingual talent coming up. First of all I am not a muslim fanatic. Like most Turkish Cyps. But one of the tenets of islam is that we believe in all the prophets and holy books of monotheist religions, Christianity, Judaism and of course Islam. In quite a few chapters in the Koran it specifies that we revere Mary, the Mother of Jesus. Arabic scholars from Damascus, Syria have told me that you cannot be a true Moslem if you do not believe in and pay respect to Mary the mother of Jesus and ofcourse Jesus himself. But the fanatic Moslems very often forget this. :!: :!:
