I hear where you're coming from karma. America is terrorising/killing children in Iraq and hardly anyone is fazed...

A girl goes missing and the whole world is going mental. I hope she's found but I definately understand where you're coming from.

Around 13 muslims attacked America and America retaliated by declaring WAR on a whole country. :roll:

do you know what ive not been on this site for abit coz you manage to turn evertything into an argument i cannot belive how small minded some members are .
just close your eyes and think what horrible things could be happening to this poor girl .

You are so right , let us hope that she is found soon alive and well .

Im confident that the end will be a happy one , the reward offerered is a substantial one and could be a motivating factor in her release unharmed.

I too am concerned about every child who exists in miserable circumstances...be it in a war torn country or living at home in - what should be but is not- a safe environment. Despite our beliefs...as humans..the majority of us want to heal the world...impossible task...so we help whoever...whenever...we can.

Ben Needham went missing from Greece in similar circumstances...he has never been found. The publicity he received was nil in comparison. Lessons have been learnt...Ben may still turn up. It is believed he was sold by gypsy's to the illegal adoption trade in Greece and could be anywhere in the world now. He was probably sold for around £30,000. He has two very distiguishing birth marks. one on the back of his neck and one on his leg. He will be nearly 18 now and has been missing since he was 18 months old.

I thank all of you for your help in sending the info on to other friends.. I was asking about the posters becuase if they are not there yet and she still hasnt been found then when I visit my Mother later this month I will bring some with me and ask friends in Taverna's etc if they could put them up.

Yes, its a long shot...but ....its better than nothing at all..

My heart goes out to the mother of Ben , remember the case very well , cant imagine what his parents and family went through and still do.Let us hope he is well and that one day he will rejoin his natural family.

Lets hope that Madeleine is too and that this time it will have a happy ending sooner rather than later...instead of a long drawn out agonising existance, that his family has undergone for many years..

Karma I totally agree with your thoughts...I hope that Madeleine is found, but we should by no means forget all those children all around the world that are being tortured, killed and raped...Every one of us is a unique human being and a unique human life...we have the same rights to live!
