You are now telling us, almost every post you have made in the last few days, that you cannot guarantee the safety of children from being blown up, while they are in their schools, from fanatics from both sides, if the two sides Unites. I have copied all the names that you posted and will strongly protest to the authorities . Such acts are reprehensible and utterly barbaric if sanctioned by the authorities. The desecration of religious sites , cemeteries etc is to be condemned by all civilized people. I agree totally that all places of worship, cemetarys and refugees homes should be rebuilt and brough back to their former glory in order to correct the wrongs of the past.

Part one – Ex-boyfriend story!!

I said I have scars but I will not sit and look my scars I will move on…I did NOT say I will go back to him, and I will not generalise the fact that he was …what he was…I will not have to see every single man like him. So your advice is that I should stay at the back, looking for the mistakes and the pain and the grief and the loss? No VP, I want to move on from the past, I don’t want to stick to something that causes me so much pain. I know I can have a better future than my past. I am not going to stay stuck in the period 1963-1974. I want to move on even if the past is there with the marks, with the scars being visible for the rest of my life. I will not bring all the dead people back or correct the mistakes. What I have to do is to keep going to move on and create a better future.

Part two – Raped woman story!!!

A woman was married with a man, but…

But lets take the things from the beginning.

One day her husband was drinking with his best friend when they started a fight… The husband was saying that he would rape her after beating up his best friend, so his friend really saved her life and gave her protection he showed her compassion and supported financially and emotionally which she had not been used to before as her ex had never provided that to her. He was keeping her locked in a shed in the garden while he was eating and drinking with ours. Time passed, and she lived a life without the fear of being […] beaten or raped again by her ex-husband , she grew to love her friend with whom she has sex and a caring relationship which she never had with her ex.(do you understand the difference?) As for her friends treatment of the ex-husband all he does is allow him to work, play and prosper but not near his ex-wife in fear that he will rape and beat her again, you know the ex does not have a very good track record of showing love and affection towards her. As for the financial support dont you feel the wife should get alimony or do you think the husband shoudl get everything and the wife just a roof over her head and nothing else, she cannot even work or talk to her old friends as her ex stops others from getting close or helping his ex-wife not telling them of his bad treatment of her. All the ex husband has done is lose part of his wealth he lost 3 houses but still has 7 more, he buys his ex wife diamonds but out of guilt and to show off to others tricking them that he is a good husband.
As for the baby "RoC" that died in 1963 it had it heart ripped out by the father who keeps the dead body imbalmed in the attic and tells everyone that it out of necessity. Then he says come back you bitch and look after this baby clench his fist....

THE QUESTION OF THE AUTHOR

TRNC=child from male friend of the wife (Turkey) and the wife (TC)


Many many years ago, a lovely young man, good looking but a bit short was leaving in a place called Cyprus. One day a lovely young beautiful lady came to his area and she decided to stay permanently. The young lady even started learning his language and he has done the same for her. So they were living together with no problems, even if they had different religions they didn’t mind. Every Sunday they used to go to their holy places to pray and meet later to eat together. But they fall in love and they got married. The man was working hard out of the house and the woman in the house. He managed to buy 10 pieces of land and actually the wife help him financially for the 1 or 2 of them by selling some home made food. But all this happiness didn’t last for long. One of their neighbours told to the husband that his wife was looking other men and flirting around. The same happened with the wife, one of their neighbours that used to work with the husband and he was really tall and with a well build-body, who fancy the wealthy of the husband, decided to make the wife fall in love with him so he became friend of the wife and treated her nice but telling her lies about her husband. He told her that she had to leave her husband because she was working home, she didn’t go out much and that she had to dumb him. The husband start believing the neighbours and he start being more aggressive to his wife and he started flirting with another woman as well (Greece ). But during this period the wife got pregnant. She born a son on 1960 and they names him RoC. But the wife didn’t want a child from him because things didn’t work out well between the couple. But the husband adored his child so he stopped having the affair with the other woman and he paid all his attention to the new child. She didn’t care any more about the child and she said that the child since 1963 was dead for her and she kept flirting with the neighbour. But the husband was so mad with her for her betrayal that he start being even more aggressive with her and she raped her, she tried to defend her self as well and she scratch him and hit him so bad that he was bleeding. That kept happening for a while. But one day the neighbour that was a friend of the wife came to his house and told to the husband that he heard some noises and he believed that he was aggressive toward his wife so he decided to stay in the house and watch for a while to be sure that everything was ok. The wife actually asked for help since she was scared that her husband was going to kill her. The husband knew that he couldn’t do anything because of his size and his power. But he was trying to gather all his power for later. And just few days after that the neighbour came into the house he took him out with his child, he destroyed the garden and some other stuff, he took the wife inside the house and he grab the papers for the 3 of the 10 pieces of land because the husband resisted and he was able to save the rest. The husband took his child and he left. They had to spend few days outside until he somehow could manage to gather some money and buy a new house beds and shits and equipments to survive. Some people helped him to start again his life. The wife believed the neighbour since she felt that he helped her, that he saved her. The neighbour decided to stay with her without even asking her permission, he moved his stuff to her house. He gave her lots of money to fix the garden and he was telling her how beautiful she was every day and that she deserved lots of love etc. The neighbour started building houses in the land that he stole from the husband and he was investing money around the area, showing to the wife how much he loved her. Finally, she surrender to his sexual will even if she was still hurt, she felt that she had to give something for all the protection and money that he offered to her. She didn’t really like him because he was a bit savage and sex with him was painful as well. But she closed her eyes and mouth that she could go through. She knew that if she resisted he was going to tell her how much he done for her, and that he protect her from her husband, that the husband kept her inside the house and he was having fun, and that he was so gentle with her comparing with her husband etc…so she learn to say the same story to everybody that tried to judge her even if every time she had to open her legs had to close her eyes and mouth and keep her screams inside her. So the years passed like that. The husband trying to fix his life again and raised his child and educate him and wife and the neighbour trying to cover the scars and be more wealthy and settle down with the developing business. They even had a new child during those years. They name him TRNC. He was not a baby from a marriage so nobody recognise that child but the neighbour gave him his surname in his effort to make him legal and make him feel safe, protected and recognised…but he was really lying to both of them. The husband worked hard, and he raised his child well, he educated him so now he was a young but strong gentleman. The husband was single all this years looking his home from far away and looking his wife, missing her, miss her touch and kiss like when they was still in love. But the neighbour to make his pain even stronger he took a group photo of them in a very lovable pose and enlarge it and put it up in the roof of their house. Few years ago, the wife and the husband saw each other from far away. Their hearts had so much pain inside…but they wanted to be together again. So they tried to find a plan for a common life. But unfortunately the husband care so much about the child the RoC and he didn’t want to hear anything about the neighbour and the wife didn’t want the baby…since all this years she didn’t love that child and didn’t help that child to grow up. She didn’t feel any affection towards that child. But she wanted too much money in a separate bank account in case he was going to dump her again…So they didn’t agree on that plan and they still look each other from distance. Sometimes they visit each other since the neighbour was trying to play the nice guy and get her to his bed in every way that he could, he let her go and see him and allow to him to visit her as well.

My question to you VP: Does this couple deserve a second chance? They both suffered through the years, they both made mistakes and they both have their rights. But something inside them, tells them to be together. The first love, the first kiss will never be erased from their memory and heart. Their love is still there but the scars remind them all that they have been through. VP, do you want this couple to be together or not? What do you predict for the end?

VP, from the way you wrote that story, I can tell you that I was really amazed. I told you that you are a clever man from the imagination point. I was surprised to be honest, when I read your post and I was laughing because you are always so serious and so stretched that I didn’t really believe that you were able to write like that, to sit down and let your self a bit loose and write such a story. I tried a couple of times to write my reply earlier but I always end up laughing imagining you writing the story…if its true that all the strict, serious elder Turkish Cypriot has moustache it will be funny to see you play with your moustache and write about the love between the wife and the hero…:lol:…anyway I am glad that I saw this side of your self as well. I really enjoy the story and I can tell from those lines that your family is really lucky having you. You sound like a man that really want to protect his family more than anything else and that you show your love and affection towards them in every way that you can. But when comes to others you are strict and serious…playing with your moustache …and trying to stay calm. Also, you have this passion that I admire to protect your friends, your compatriots but only those that resemble you. But why you don’t want to share that love and affection with all your compatriots. Why some differences makes you see us like we are not so dissimilar? Why the scars of the past doesn’t let you move on?

Lena thank you for taking the time to compose a story which reflects your version of the story and your kind words about my personality which are spot on. You have to understand that just saying we are my compatriots does not come easy otherwise it woud not be sincere and those that just throw this word around imo are not sincere. This type of togetherness is developed over many years of trust and co-operation which we have experienced the opposite in our history and for now I do not see you any closer than say Italians or Spanish people, who I do not hate but also do not reagrd as my compatriots, I am being honest with you I hope you understand.
My reason for turning the whole issue into a story was to help you understand how we see things and why we feel so passionately about asking for safe guards or division.

In essence we are saying the same theing that the husband repeatedly raped and abused the wife for 11 years, therefore making him a rapist, no wife deserves to be raped, do you agree?.

What you suggest is that the wife leaves the man who has protected, shown her compassion and supported her financially for 33 years (by the way the sex is always good with this man, better than rape)...and go back to the rapist giving him a second chance?

Dont you feel that now they tired a plan and the wife said well Im not sure but lets give it a try saying YES the husband got annoyed that he had to behave according to new rules where he would not be able to rape her anymore so he told every one to go to hell by saying NO.

I think you have to go away and think long and hard realizing what the husband has really done here and not make excuses he has to win the confidence and heart of this woman if he really wants her back to share the rest of their life together in peace and harmony.

You are a woman what would ask for? obvioulsly not just his word.
