TCs are free to go south whenever they wish and for as long as they want but they seem to return to the TRNC. You would think that with an advanced and properous "RoC" where everything is heaven all the TCs would have moved south by now. You really need to ask yourself some real hard questions to try and understand the TCs perspective of why Tcs will never live in a GC state as a minority.
