Well, some started talking about judges already, before even deciding who the attorney of their side will be. Let's first decide who the attorney of each side will be, and then the two of them will agree on who the judges among the various candidates will be.

I believe one attorney for each side is sufficient, so that there is continuation and consistency as to what is being said by each side. Of course, other forum members coming from either side may take part via private messaging or e-mails and offer their advice to the appointed attorney of their side, however, the writing in the thread in which the trial will carry on, should be done by one person from each side.

As for judges, it can be one or 3 persons! If it is more than one, there must be a chief judge that will be doing the correspondence (writing) in the forum. If any one of the judges disagrees with the rest, she /he may deliver a separate (dissenting) judgment /opinion on the issues on which he /she dissents, even though in such a case, the ruling will go in the way the majority of judges will decide.

Very good idea T_C, in fact this could be the subject of another exercise, with one chief negotiator from each side and one or three others playing the role of the UN mediators, however, how can we solve a problem if we do not even agree on the facts, in which case, only a court trial may establish?

Imagine that! They have blocked people from typing TALK-CYPRUS. When you type it as one word it comes out with **
