hi i am currently living england and me my family are planning on moving out to cyprus (paphos area) and was wondering if anybody knows what sort of wages i could expect to get i am a welder fabricator by trade but i have nearly finished college doing plumbing so i would be looking do one of these trades. also how easy would it be for me to get a job in one of these trades. thanks for any response in advance[/list][/list]

im a welder matey i work for a catering company here in paphos can you tig weld ? if so il youv got a job pays 650 month to start 38 hour week pay rise after training

i have done some tig welding on stainless handrails and other things what would the wage go up to and how long would the training be. as i said we are not moving straight away but we want to move out as soon as poss.

pm sent lad get practising on the stainless there doing iso19932 work for export so has to be shit hot welding unlike the rest of the country never seen such bad metalworkers in my life till i moved here everything a hurried heap of shit! but you could say that about all the trades the cyproits do thank god for the english eh cyprus !

my stainless welding is ok but i can improve on it but steel work things like gates railings and fitting work is my forte and plumbing is another path i would like to go down but any job would be ok to get me started i tryed to pm you but the service was down thanks for your help and hopefully speak to you again.

does anybody know what qualifications you need to do plumbing in cyprus and will my technical certificate count for anything over .would there be any point me doing my NVQ over here before i move out there. thanks for any replies

yes thanks but thats not answering my question now is it. at least i want to come over and work and not just sponge of other people as they do when they come to england
