Now, this is kinda an office block with shops downstairs and couple of offices on the top.
I am renting one and the office opposite was empty for almost a year now. My landord kept telling me that he is looking for a worthy client with a steady business etc... By "next door" i mean its the office 2 meters away from mine
They hold their meetings up till 22:30 sometimes... as a programmer/designer i need peace and silence as these are my most creative hours anyway, jokes aside... i cant move from here, paid 2 grand for a 3phase electricity supply 6 months ago...
