I have a lovely 2 bed apartment in peyia on a small complex,with shared pool and garden and covered parking.It is only 2 years old,is fully furnished and equipped,has fly screens,fan lights,heaters,and provision for a/c.I am considering selling it for CY£98000 or if anyone in the uk has a holiday home they would like to exchange that is valued at a similar price.I would prefer it to be somewhere coastal but quiet but would consider any ideas from owners interested.
