All very well and done , but do you think Halil that Brussels will receive Mr Talat as the President of The "TRNC"which it , EU , considers as an integral part of Cyprus under occupation by Turkey. Officially Mr Talat will not be addressed as Mr.President , but will be received as the leader of the T/C community.
The EU consideration as regards the "TRNC" is on par with all International bodies and will never accord Mr Talat the accolade reserved for government leaders of whose government is a recognised legal entity . Such is not the case here , surely you can accept this.

When Mr Talat leaves Cyprus for Brusels , he will be departing from a part of Cyprus that the entire world considers to be under foreign occupation and not as the stated "Republic".
The partitionists will not win , try as hard as you can , recognition will never come , Europe and the UN will simply not accept a solution based on the expulsion of 200 thousand Cypriots from their ancestral homes and the ensuing disposal of their homes and properties .We do not wish to see our compatriots the T/Cs suffer as a result of their isolation. We believe that the legally recognised government of Cyprus has a duty to ensure that all its citizens are entitled to all benefits , and they are in the part where the government controls.
