By the way, I am now learning some 3ds Max. I want to use it mostly for architectural visualizations. Any good online resources for that?

What version was it back then? Can you confirm that 3ds Max is the best for architectural visualizations? Before I started I was also looking at Maya, Cinema 4D and a few other but I decided to go with 3ds Max in the end. Are there are websites with 3ds Max tutorials specifically for architectural visualizations?

"Make" is a step by step process involving marketing ppl, architects etc... this one took a week. Rendering took 3 days on 25 PCs. I do interiors aswell, but those most of the times are even more expensive than exteriors. Longer rendering times, heavy geometry and constant pingpong game of changes with interior designer.

Well originally its 80 Second video, but yes it takes time to render and a great deal of Electricity used. ~13-15Kw per hour.

Yeah, I just mean you part of the job after the architect has the plans ready.

Yup, we are peasants... the end of a architectural preplanning chain. We silently take the blame for all the architec's fuckups when it comes to final presentation to paying client :D
