Does it make your heart miss a beat?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

That kind of reminds me of Spy Vs Spy... :)

It is not unusual for the aggressor to complain when it is retaliated against so I am not surprised by the reaction from the GC nationalists and brain washed.

It's funny but I feel exactly the same except go back and change GC with TC! Hmm, well we can't both be right so maybe we should toss a coin... heads I'm the victim, tails you're the victim, and if it lands on it's side we're both victims!

Ok, then, have a read...

"Culture of fear, hate and denial"
http://www.turkishdailynews.com.tr/arti ... wsid=72568

"Turkey: A Minority Policy of Systematic Negation"
http://www.ihf-hr.org/viewbinary/viewht ... oc_id=7086

And international Helsinki's report on Turkey, compare it to that of Greece you posted and see the truth...
http://www.ihf-hr.org/viewbinary/viewdo ... oc_id=7422

Please note that Turkey is not a country that hosts immigrants as is Greece. Imagine the escalation of racism in your country if she ever reaches the economical prosperity that would allow her to accept immigrants...

Also note that racism in Turkey is tangible, Turk racists do not just protest or draw graffiti, they KILL innocent people. Remember Hrant Dink? What about the slaughtered christians? The catholic priest? Need I go on?

I tried to find surveys on racism conducted by Turks for Turkey but there are none. Guess Greece is developed enough to apply some self criticism and face issues, Turkey isn't; Or maybe noone dares to conduct such surveys because the result would be an insult to turkishness and those responsible would end up in jail

So please stop this stupid behaviour, you're not fooling anyone.

The links say nothing, I posted links saying even worse things about Turkey. What you have to post is the actual "Greece is the no1 racist country" source you STILL insist is real. I can't go through all your posts, they are infinite, maybe you could do it yourself, you must have a vague idea of the thread title or something...

Zan- Was this perhaps what you were looking for?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/4101469.stm

It states exactly the following:

Human rights groups say Greece has one of the worst records in the European Union for racism against ethnic minorities.

One of the reports says that the Greeks have a sense of superiority to others and you are giving us an example of that. You think your racism is better than our racism. What I was trying to show you is that it exists in your country as well as ours and also in Turkey so trying to quantify which one is worse seems to occupy you more than it does me. You have to get a lot better yet so that you can pull up the drawbridge with impunity. I think you will also find in one of those reports that a "foreigner" was raped by 15 or so Greek boys...can it get any worse than that...Racially motivated was the verdict. So when you and others spout off about how much Turkey has to improve in order to get into the EU, you seem to start the sliding rule from zero. I am saying that it should only be a very few points under the rate you set for Turkey. As I said a little humility would go a long way...Will your superiority allow that.

What are you talking about? You wrote about Greece being the no1 racist , "basket case" country without a reason at all and out of topic. What I did then was ask for the source of that claim, I did not post anything about racism in Turkey at that time. Then you, instead of providing this source, posted links to sites with irrelevant reports on racism in Greece, trying to prove what? I replied accordingly with reports on racism in Turkey and so I am giving the impression I feel superior to others? Are you out of your mind, if anyone is having a superiority complex it's you!

No you were not, you were trying to convince people that Greece is the most racist country in the world. And by giving Greece the no1 spot, you surely quantified Greek racism

Still no deaths due to racism... How thick-skinned you must be to occupy yourself with Greece's problems when only two days ago another hate crime took place in Turkey when a bomb went off in Ismir, killing and hurting innocent people

Again, it's not Greece or Cyprus that are on the news every once in a while because of racism attacks, it's Turkey. Greece has her own share of problems with racism as most European countries that host immigrants do but, you'll be blind not to see that Turkey's problem is much bigger. If the popularity of the hate group known as the "Grey Wolves" is not enough proof, then I don't know what is

Thanks for that Murataga. That is not the article I posted a while back but it just goes o show how little people know about their own country. It makes the statement quite clearly but I am sure that alexISS will dispute that and still try o divert attention away from it but..................

alexISS as you have asked nicely, I will try to find that article and hope it finally satisfies you but I will not bank on it. You will have to wait until tonight though for when I get back from work.

Human rights groups say Greece has one of the worst records in the European Union for racism against ethnic minorities.

Question: Which human rights groups?

Also, notice that this talks about EU. So even if we assume Greece is one of the worst in EU, say 22nd or 23rd out of the 25 (it didn't say the worst). And since EU is among the top regions in the world in terms of human rights, then the conclusion is that Greece is among the top 30-35 countries in the world.

On the other hand Turkey must be in position 100 and bellow.

So, nobody said that Greece is perfect or the top country in the world, but it is way way above Turkey. Thats the fact.
