Lena at 61 , as the sun begins its arduous journey to its final destination , one begins to reminisce of past glories wondering if all the effort was worth it .
As far as sizes are concerned I fit nicely into a size 42 shoe or 8" in English
as for my waist size 34 and chest size 40 . Pretty well developed for a guy brought up on fasolia , koutchia ,with lahana of course , faggi with plenty of onions and vinegar and my all time favourite revithkia .

Is int strange , I came here in 1961 as a 15 year old , and although with my English wife since 1963 , married 1967 , I still retain my taste for the good things in life. I drink 2 - 3 Turkish coffees , sketos , every single day , also scientifically proven to enhance ones appetite for a cigarette . I DONT SMOKE , but any one who does would tell you the two go together like a corpse and a coffin !!!

Here is a recipe for Koutchia me Lahana that I stumbled upon quite by accident one evening when I was slightly intoxicated , and was preparing Koutchia for my next days lunch , being a diabetic I prefer my own lunch to the curries and kebabs available in my area.
I have always used rather a lot of vinegar , it gives it that special effect that we covered earlier. On this occasion by accident instead of vinegar I poured in Soy . Come lunch next day , the first spoonful tasted like nothing I expected .It was absolutely out of this world , since then I use Soy sauce together wit a little vinegar Its magnificent , so much so , that I introduced it to the Chinese restaurant next to my business who promptly put it on the menu under its new name Koutchau Chau Beans .!! Not recommended to be eaten with chop sticks however.

My dear Miltiades I am not impressed from that size of shoes...if I remember correct your height is around 1.72. Do you know what they say about men and big feet? Well according to your height and size of shoes....

As for the rest...I am glad that you still enjoy the good Cypriot way of life even if you live in UK. I brought some nice Cypriot coffee from home...and I do enjoy that coffee as well...What do you think if I offer you a Cypriot/Turkish/Greek coffee here? But you will have to tell me the future after that!

Well Lena my late mother used to read the coffee cups , but in your case I can read you like an open book. I know you teach , I have a brother who teaches at the American Academy in Limassol but I beleive your based in Nicosia ?
As for reading you like an open book , well you come across as an a amiable intelligent heart warming and may I say attractive female with her head firmly on her shoulders and you have a sense of humour too , a virtue of enormous dimensions. To laugh at life and look at the funny side of things is indeed a virtue .

You have mentioned your mother a few times and I like people who are family orientated as you obviously are.
As far as seeing into the future I can see you will make someone very happy and lucky to have you , if you ha vent already. I better stop now , VP might accuse me of being a dirty old man flirting with a young thing like you !!!
