There are actually 2 adjoining houses and both are for sale. The one in the ad is currently being restored and the other will not be done until after the smaller one - unless it is sold as it is.. If someone wants to do a deal and take both they can or separately. The one that has yet to be started can be bought as it is or we will continue and finish it in which case it will be ready towards the end of the year. The one advertised specifically will be ready around the end of July... Both them both as virtual ruins some years ago and no we don't have a complex.. sorry! Would love to be able to keep them and rent them out but cannot afford the luxury of such choices. The smaller one is a one bedroom but there is enough space to accommodate guests or friends depending on how you furnish eg a bed settee?
