Exit Visa

Does anyone know the up-to-date information on exit visas for Males of Cypriot origin?
I usually have to go in to Nicosia to get an exit visa but not sure if I have to now Cyprus are in the EU. Also, is there an age at which I will no longer need to do this?
How much is it now? What is the address of the Ministry that I need to go to?
