We are looking for a rental property in Limassol and will be coming to Limassol at the end of May to choose and pay a deposit on our preferred house.

Can any other lovely forum people also look out for us for 'for rent' signs and let me know please?

The criteria is :-

- Broadband

- Unfurnished

- 4 bedrooms or more (or 3 with an office)

- Garden (preferably 1,000 square metres or more)

- Private Pool

- Office (or area for home office)

- Covered Parking

- Close to Heritage School (or within 15 minutes drive)

- Air Con

- Central Heating

- Pets allowed

- View

- Ideally nearby tavernas and local shops

- Safe for animals

-1 year lease

I have looked at websites (it would be good if they kept them updated)many times - in fact I am signed up with 15 agents and all drawing a blank because of the pets.

Just had a thought Niki. The paper "hrises efkeries" is full of properties for rent. Any chance of getting that in England or a rellie sending it out to you?

No, never heard of it.

We do get Cyprus Weekly which has been useful.

Have no rellies in Cyprus as I am not Cypriot. May be soon tho!!

Can you subscribe and have it sent to the UK?
