Yeah, our Roses are really taking off but I can't say the same about the Tulips...

Don't you love these ridiculous threads where everyone posts irrelevant nonsense in succession and yet everyone goes to bed at night with a warm fuzzy feeling that they've actually communicated and socialized? :?

Can someone tell me, why is it in the last few years, as well as this year, Turkey enters with English-Western style songs. Lets face it, 95% of the country's population will not understand a word of it. How does this song represent anything to do with Turkey.

Where's Rule 301, when you really need it.!!

As always, I did not vote for anyone.

95% of Cypriots don't understand what our song is saying either  We can only understand the part that says "come on girls" Maybe you speak French Kikapu? I think thats the main language of Switzerland. But why you insist replying to this thread instead of the other one? :(

If you think I'm going to waste my time listening to the caterwauling of n sets of idiots with little musical ability and even less musical taste, you have another think coming. The whole thing is as corrupt as the Cyprus government. Irrespective of the musical talents (?) of the participants, Cyprus will vote for Greece and vice versa, Sweden will vote for Norway and vice versa, Germany for Austria and vice versa and so on. The same as they always do. The whole thing is a stupid farce.

If it weren't for the fact that it would push my tax bill up, I almost wish Cyprus would win (they'll get a few votes from France, this year). It would demonstrate to the world how Cyprus can organise things, next year!!!
