deedeepuss wrote:BOF your garden is lovely, reminds me of my Moms. She had huge bushes of camelias. My camelias are very sad, I've had them for 6 years and last year just got one flower, I have a few more this year, but nothing like Moms. My clematis is pretty wonderful, I'm very proud of it. When the sun comes out I'll take some pictures.

Thank you deedeepuss . I took over my mum in laws camelia (in a tub) after she had a stroke. it didnt flower the first year but i fed it with ericacious feed and this year it was smothered.
I look forward to seeing your pictures soon. :)

8) Thank you Lena..i too had memories of the garden of an uncle i used to visit and it stuck in my mind.
I brought this house for the garden! it has two ponds and is 30m long.
I told my wife to go look inside the house, but i was buying it for the garden.
You can still live your dream as it is up for sale so we can move to cyprus.

Jerry . that last picture, was it taken at dovedale by any chance??

Jerry whereabouts in Shropshire does your friend live? It's pretty horrid here today, wet and overcast, but still warm.

Here are some photos of my little Princess, our house in the snow and a few more of our travels in the UK

A princess indeed. My friend is in Much Wenlock, he's an optician in Church Stretton, I've known him since he was 6. I like the kites, do you use skate boards with them? Nice house, it looks like local stone to me.

Small world. We sometimes take a picnic to the Long Mynd and take the dog. I did work experience in Ludlow many years ago which isn't far from there, and my friend used to live in Church Stretton. It is a beautiful area. We got our dogs from a rescue home, however their vets records show they were from Much Wenlock!

I just watch the kites  My partner kite buggies and kite surfs and has a land board but doesn't really use the land board with the kites much. I did have a go at tandem buggying last year, where I just sat back and was pulled along by someone else in control with a kite, which was much safer than me taking control of a kite. I have had a go but I scream too much and get the giggles so probably not really the safest of people to be around
