Oh! Those biased ethics of yours agian......

If you were to claim your land, like they are inviting you to do, then you could build on the land now and help the economy of the RoC. Is that not what you want!

Zan, I guess you are smart enough to understand that Bir is talking about the settlers, so stop playing fool there.

Zan , my dear boy for an intelligent and I think a charmingly pleasant guy , you do talk some rubbish. Makarios isn't around didn't you know , the settlers are about 140 thousand or so , refined , educated , industrious , civilized ,
modern and forward thinking adherents totally to article 301 !! Watch out mate they are out to gobble you up if they haven't already is merely feeling the pain of witnessing the extinction of the natives , just like the red squirrels in the UK , but at least they still have their nuts how about you .

& @ Miltiades

I thought you guys were intelligent enough that I did not have to explain everything I say in detail but,....Hey Ho!.

I know perfectly well what Bir meant and I responded accordingly. He wants to get rid of the settlers. The whole 140,000, if that number is right. Well Makarios wanted to get rid of the settlers.......The Turkish settlers, according to people like Get_Real. Ergo,.....My comments. Miltiades goes one further, with his attempted sarcasm. They are second class, as far as his western so-called civilisation expansionist views go. Wasn't it Makarios that said that the TCs in their legal government position were not qualified to be there so GC ones should have replaced them. He then went on to try and violently achieve these aims. This is the problem with people that simply pay lip service to our violent past and have done such a great job of forgetting about it that they cannot believe that the same things could happen again even when they are doing it, or suggesting that it happens, them selves. Miltiades came to the UK as such an uncivilised, donkey-riding son of a farmer. He now gets on his high horse and gives us the high and mighty attitude that he is better than any settler is. It really is apparent that this is a trait that the Greeks have. Get rid of anything that is not Greek because the Greeks are the most civilised people in the world. They don't even know they are doing it. I am sorry to generalise like this and I apologise profusely to those that are not like that. I am a Cypriot....A Turkish Cypriot and I welcome these settlers into my home, as fully-fledged Cypriots....Get used to it. We are Turkish Cypriots together...Just like all those that have become Greek Cypriots that you let in with open arms. So Miltiades and Bir, those stories you concoct, to scare little girls, are not working. We know what Miltiades is from all his postings. He is a purist that wants nothing more than a Greek administered Cyprus with little tales about us all being Cypriots together. All that is, except for the ones that HE decides are not. Bir is proving him self over and over again to be not what he says he is. He puts himself out as a humanitarian all loving Buddhist priest when he shares his hate of anything not Cypriot (in Miltiades terms) and has even a splash of Turkishness.

I wonder what the world would say if the Germans started making noises about deporting people that were not real Germans. Do you think there would be an outcry. That is what happens when you conveniently ask us to forget the past. The past is there for all to see and as long as I am about they WILL see it. I also wonder how many more people you guys will decide are not Cypriot enough to stay on the island. Well it is not for you to decide. We have set up a government hat will do the deciding on our side of the border and decide they will. The dangers that are waiting for us with the thinking that you guys display and the one hat Bir has bought into is spine chillingly present in every post you make. The echoes of past times are there for all to see and are being whipped up once again. The breakers have been erected long ago. It seems the wall needs to be made higher.

What can I say to you ,zan, that I have not said already?
Your fear of the GCs is pathological, and you should see a psychiatrist about it before it becomes clinical...We all have a bit of PTSD(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) after those terrible events in Cyprus but some of us has managed to get over it...

The settlers are not Turkish Cypriots...They are people brought over by Turkey to augment the population of the TRNC after the legal intervention which turned into an invasion, because Turkey has failed to fulfil her duties as guarantor and decided to stay for good instead of restating the 1960 constitution...These people are in Cyprus contravening international law which prevents transfer of populations from an occupier to an occupied country as agreed under the Geneva convention. It is not their fault that they are pawns in a well orchestrated campaign to exterminate the identity and political will and power of Turkish Cypriots, but they cannot stay.Sooner or later they will have to return to where they came from, and apply via proper channels to immigrate to Cyprus if they so desire. And they will have to respect the decision of the internationally recognised govrenment of the Republic of Cyprus...You and any other citizen of the TRNC cannot invite anyone to come live in Cyprus, same way as a person who has forcibly taken up tenancy in a private house without a lawful contract has no right to invite others to join him...

Still going on about this pathological fear Bir. Plan B ? The " the settlers are out to get you" does not work so lets just pretend I are sick instead. You seem to be stuck in a rut in which you are always right. Shame you have taken the side of those that actually caused this condition. What would a psychiatrist say to me.....Let me see........Yes you have fear but that fear is justified. Just because it is classified as a sickness, it does not mean the virus does not exist. They are two things inextricably linked.
I am sorry but there are two items that you too should mention to the psychiatrist on YOUR next visit. One is that you were brought up by a very kind GC lady and that you have had a Turkish wife. These two items are the cause of your symptoms. These shape your hate of Turks and the love of so called Cypriotism. Don't get personal Bir about my state of mind. It could turn nasty.
