but heres an oppertunity for you to put me right here and now perhaps you can show me one multi milionair who has doen something for cyprus people............not greeks or turks but cyprus people

This is why your under an embargo in your melodramatic world. The multi-millionaires from both sides of course dont help the Cypriot people with their OWN money, because thats what money is all about. I'll explain the reason why...To have money and maintain having money is called having guts and money and taking a shot with it. The so called multi-millionaires that you talk about from both sides that I'm speaking about, left the Island years ago with nothing with an ambition of living a much better life for themselves and their IMMIDIATE family. Not for their cousins, their neighbors or childhood friends. If you had any ambitions like that and go through with what they went through, you wouldn't be asking for handouts. Only the strong willed people make it themselves. You obviously never shared conversations with people who MADE IT themselves. SO, anyway, the TC's that did leave the island years ago and that are well off now, what have they offered you? Someone who gives you an opportunity to make a good living and you refuse because you dont want to work day in and day out, is whose fault? You just think the GC's that left Cyprus with NOTHING that made successfull lives are the enemy. Just sitting there in life counting everyone elses money instead of making it yourself and pointing the finger at them how bad of people they are is just plain pathetic. A true man blames everything on himself, and solves problems instead of bickering about them. I think I know what category to place you in by now.

free_cyprus, the reason why no-one does give a F is not because they want to divide Cyprus like most think, its because they made their millions elsewhere and thats where they will continue living a good life. Most of them have a second home in Cyprus but their way of life now is elsewhere. How do you expect anyone to step in and harmonize the Cyprus cause without being a target if they live a good life elsewhere? You can't just yell at why no one has done anything for all these years. What do you honestly expect from anyone to step in and propose after holding peoples land hostage? No one rightfully has the right to negotiate terms of land they do not own. Your just expecting an under the table deal like the TRNC in front of the worlds eyes. If we dont agree for it, you can't just force it down our throats. Any ideas to make this negotiation a 50-50 balance? I have plenty of ideas but I feel like they'll fall on deaf ears because your minds made up already.

free_cyprus,...

You said one thing in one of your posts above which has made me your friend forever...Wheter you like it or not...

You said "Cyprus is my motherland,I have no other..." or words to that effect...That is exactly how I feel. And the reason why most Cypriots do FA to help things in Cyprus is as growuptcs said, they have built their lives elsewhere, and they have shifted their aliagences to their new country...I would also say because they have lost any hope that anything sensible can ever be achieved while most Cypriots believe they are more Turkish or Greek than Cypriots...But your tactic of calling everyone"stupid" if they have not shown your degree of matureness as a Cypriot does nothing to advance your cause...There is a book called How to win Friends and Influence People...I bet you anything you have read that book ages ago and dismissed it as garbage...Go back and read it again now, then send me a PM...We can then put our skills, ideas and resources together to help advance our cause...CYPRUS,one country, one nation, one people, multilingual and multireligious...Show me and everyone here you are not just talk...Walk the talk and get in touch...

the book how to win friends and influence people is by dale carnagie and its a brilliant book and i have read it many many years ago.........................regarding growuptcs and his reply to me he still hanst answered my question and my question is simple what have the rich cypriots done that has benefited turkish speaking and greek speaking people i m looking for one single they done.......................can i find a single thing no................. and it has nothign to do with them having lives somewhere else. they spend more in a casino in a night then most working people earn in a year..........................what i was asking was is there turkish speakign or greek speaking millinair anywhere where they open a community centre or a theatre group or an old peoples community centre where it was designed for both turkish speaking and greek speaking cypriots and the answer is nooooooooooooooooooooo. when i talk about the millionairs and i say they practice devide and rule our community im speaking from experiance not something from the top of my head........... i have witnessed these things first hand with turkish speaking and greek speaking cypriots..................

Im not avoiding your question free_cyprus, I'm just not going to criticize anyone who hasn't invested in Cyprus to benefit Cypriots. Would you invest in the GAZA strip if you lived over there at one time? It's just wiser not too. I see where your coming from though. I can almost guarantee you if we ever do have a peace deal, these things will happen that you speak about. Did you ever think that anyone would invest there money in a war torn country? I hope not, because I don't see where your going with this.
