LECH wALESA

In his speech to accept the Nobel Peace Prize, Lech Walesa said:

“We desire peace – and that is why we have

never resorted to physical force. We crave

for justice – and that is why we are so

persistent in the struggle for our rights.

We seek freedom of convictions - and that is

why we have never attempted to enslave man’s

conscience nor shall we ever attempt to do so.”

Mandela is the most overrated person of the 20th century. I always suspected that he was an arsehole in disguise and my suspicions were proven correct back in the early 90's when he was invited to go to Australia.

An aboriginal mabo leader or something like that approached him and handed Mandela some kind of a list of aboriginal grievances or something like that and I remember Mandela looked around to see if there were any cameras capturing the moment and as soon as Mandela thought the coast was clear he just pushed the aboriginal aside and didn't want to hear what he had to say and walked on!

So much for the anti-racism "champion"!
