I THINK I WILL MAKE SOME HALLOUMIN AND FETA CHEESE

actualy i made some halloumin cheese last week but i will make some feta cheese. especialy now the summer is coming feta cheese and fresh salads picked from the garden frshly crushed green olives in garling mmmmmmmmmmmmm did i say this is food fit for kings lol

btw does anyone in this forum make home made halloumin or feta cheese

Me and the wife tried it once (making Halloumi that is) but without success
The mother in law always made her own in the village and it was better than any of the commercial product
BTW I like my Halloumi fried with Lountza and with a fresh tomato salad dressed with Olive oil and lemon
