How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I am talking about your Turkish propoganda, i.e. genocide etc, surely that wasn't too hard for you to work out..... By the way, we do not agree; you see partition as an ideal solution, I do not. If TCs wanted unification tomorrow, I would be delighted; you would try to change their minds....understand?

So now you are saying you do not see the reality on the ground and that TCs will never unite forced conditions and that you have to compromise by accepting BBF or recognized partition as the only viable solutions.

TC's are so used to violate all laws and international treaties that are unwilling for a union because then they will be forced to respect laws, international treaties and human rights! This is too much for them! So don't expect this to happen! There will be eventually a solution! When there is a crime there is a punishment! And some day eventually they will pay for the crimes they have commited and keep commiting!
Their "state" will eventually collapse and in 50 years time no one will remember that "TRNC" existed except historians ..

VP, do I have to break everything up into little pieces so you understand it? I thought I was very clear.

I see partition as the reality because of the attitude and views of TCs, like yourself. However, I DO NOT see it as the ideal or best solution at all.

Drop the bad attitude..... so now you are saying that you have to accept reality and not pursue a solution that will never happen..isnt this what TCs have been saying for years and therefore we now agree that agreed partition is the way forward.

I have asked Miltiades a question many times but he refuses to answer so I will ask all you here that keep going on and sounding oh so surprised that we are against unification with the RoC as things stand.

All of those that offer us false sympathy and say that yes the RoC should be doing things to show that she really wants us and some honest ones in your group even say that she is doing things that actually push us away further. Why are you trying to sell us something that just is not up to scratch? Why are you so surprised that we do not want to buy your faulty goods? Can you not see that you are selling us crap or are you just con men?

VP you are missing one crucial point here, which is that the ball is in TCs court. You imply that TCs do not have a choice in the matter but to accept partition, but you are wrong! It is not me nor GCs that reject true reunification, but it is Turkey and TCs. I am only saying unification will never happen because too many TCs think like you it seems. So no, you cannot equate this with what TCs were saying all along, because if unification was on the table, I would take it, these TCs you refer to, would not.

Well this seems to be the problem. TCs and GCs have different definitions of a BBF. If the BBF is akin to that in the Annan Plan, then I do not see this as true reunification, no. All that is, is stealth partition. It was a confederation, not a federation.

However, a BBF with a much stronger central government and the right conditions in place, can be reunification, yes. The problem is that it seems clear to me, that TCs do not want the kind of BBF GCs would find tolerable. If you are going to have a BBF Annan-style (as TCs voted for) you might as well go the whole way and have partition, because it is as good as.

The bottom line is BBF is a form of unificaiton, its just that if those "conditions" do not give you the upper hand you will always say it is not unification even though 99% of the world will say differently.
