Gosh, i 've read upto page 7 and all i notice is the whole discussion going totally wrong based on Simons false conclussion that the TCs want partition.... It could go equally wrong if a TC would claim the GCs want a Unitary state...

Surely the poll reavealed those 2 options would be the BEST/IDEAL preference of 72-73% of the GC/TC people. (even the percentages are so suprisingly identical in the UN poll
So what?

It is more than obvious to anyone that the TCs want a solution where they will have an effective say in running the state, and also want to be as much as possible self administered. GCs want their properties back, free movement and settlement although everybody knows the population concentrations and majorities will never vary from what they are today.

Any solution along with those lines, will be accepted, and will most propably be a Federal state, or a Unitary state of 2 administrative districts.
The people just want to see a complete plan. If the plan is along those lines it will pass.

NB. I am all in favor of RoC presenting her own plan the soonest possible.
