How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby T_C » Thu Apr 26, 2007 3:21 am

Oh my GOD GR!

What is wrong with you man?

It's ok when we have to sit there and hear you call us criminals, thiefs and say things like "let them rot!" but we can't speak out without being labelled propagandanists?

All I hear from you is the same crap I been hearing since joining "that was then, this is now", if its so easy to forgive and forget then show us how it's done by fucking forgetting your lands and your houses since you lost them 40 years ago and stop going on like it was yesterday.

If it's in the past then SO IS THE INVASION SO
GET OVER IT!

AND for your information I agreed with Nattys reasoning for WHY WE SHOULDNT BRING THESE THINGS UP

No one is denying that massacres of Turkish Cypriots happened, and that those people that committed those crimes were criminals through and through, but what angers people is when a one sided and many times over exaggerated (The claims of a genocide for example) are put forward as the only fact of the Cyprus problem, when evidence shows otherwise...It doesn't really honour all the others who suffered, the Greek Cypriots, the Armenian Cypriots, the Maronite Cypriots, the Latin Cypriots, etc...

The Cyprus problem is so complicated, it doesn't just involve us Cypriots, but also Turkey, The Junta, England, America, the UN...I don't think anyone will ever know the full truth behind it, but one way of trying to understand it is to stick to ‘hard facts’ as much as possible, and try and look at the whole picture….

Now let us see what an official constructed Turkish Cypriot kanum released upon history says:

http://www.trncpresidency.org/about_trnc/breakdown.html
"On 15 July 1974 Greek troops assembled in Cyprus for the purpose of overthrowing Archbishop Makarios and making Nicos Sampson the new president. A coup d’etat was started and they began to kill not only fellow Greek Cypriots but also Turkish Cypriots. The Turkish Cypriots asked for help from the guarantor states, but only Turkey responded. On 20 July 1974 motherland Turkey sent troops to Cyprus in order to save the lives of the Turkish Cypriots. This intervention by Turkey, called a “peace operation” by the Turkish Cypriots, was legal according to Article IV of the Treaty of Guarantee."

I got you and other Turkish Cypriots liars to retreat from that official history and argue that the Greek Cypriots never attempted a genocide, when you yourself to start this thread posted a newspaper photo alleging genocide. All because I am no loser leftist concerned only with reconciliation.

Exactly the point made again for us. None of us have said that the entire GC race attempted this genocide but had lost total control to those that wanted it and attempted it. So the National Guard under the control of Greece missed out on slaughtering these people. We can be thankful for small mercies. One swallow does not make a summer but the many murders and the Akritas plan tell of the real intents of those in power. You seem to have got your self hooked on one event, that I admit I have been winding you up about. The GCs were killing each other so does that not tell you that there was a large enough element, that were in charge by the way, that were hell bent on wiping us off the face of the earth.

GR is not out to make sense. His strategy is so clear. He thinks that trying to confuse the issue is the way to dispel any claims we have. It is the same thing that Piratis uses. The tobacco companies invented this strategy and the Greeks have been using it, I have to say pretty convincingly, since. The slightest element of doubt is his plan but he is not very good at it as you can see. They have to try and back up decades of lies somehow.

But you ARE! Its been proven over andover again! Only yesterday we established about the lieing placards on Turkish Cypriot marches and the picture which Turkish Cypriots have circulated so much, of Makarios supposedly blessing a grenade, is bullshit too. Even last week someone made a point where the so-called speech Makarios made about anihilating Turkish Cypriots from the island - didnt even happen!

To you its not lieing because you dont know the truth - you dont WANT to find out the truth...but instead you believe anything you want to from Turkish propagandists in order to make you feel comfertable about the crimes Turkey committed and still commits!

All I hear from you is the same crap I been hearing since joining "that was then, this is now", if its so easy to forgive and forget then show us how it's done by fucking forgetting your lands and your houses since you lost them 40 years ago and stop going on like it was yesterday.

We will never get over it until justice is done! Get that through your head.

Whatever trouser snake, you talk about 1 picture out of so many other worse ones, and you use the placard of 1 child in a huge protest to discredit everyone else, i smell nothing but desperation...

Fuckarios was an arsehole, everyone knew it, he was an associate of my grandpa too, i heard plenty about the bastard in my times...

GCs are just trying to shift the blame in order to cover up their fuckups, just like the Armenians are trying to blame Turkey for genocide to cover up their massacres, sick and twisted is all i can say!

listen instead of having all this arguments about crimes why dont we just open anew forum where it says cypriot crimes and then the turkish speaking can put forth all thats been done to them and then greek speaking can put forth what has been done to them.............................since all you want to do is talk about in the past

No no, the GCs are the innocent ones, we killed ourselves and conveniently buried ourselves into mass graves, just like the Azerbaijani Turks, we love killing ourselves and then blaming it on others, you should try it sometime ;)
