I am sure he mean that is for a month. Well what kind of job they offer you for that amount? Timetable?

That is 8h per day (5 days in week) . That is testing laboratory and I would be there testing verity of things .

To live or live good? You can live with 480 but you will not be able to afford anything except the basics for your survival. So unless you are starving now you shouldn't take that offer. My first job was for 500 a few years ago but I soon got a raise and I had my family to support me during that time. 600 should be the minimum to look for but it will not be easy unless you have university education and your knowledge is needed by the company who hires you. For young inexperienced workers with no high education I am afraid the salaries do not go much higher than 480 here.

I will agree with Sotos on that. Especially if you will have to pay rent and house bills that will not be enough to survive. If you want you can look for this kind of jobs else where or ask a bit more from the people that they offer you that job. By the way where are you from zagmaster? In my opinion you can pay rent for your self and the bills, spend money on travel costs and food and still have some money for going out every now and then to restaurant, for a drink or coffee... but not anything fancy and not often... with £600-£650. But you will have to sacrifice few of your pleasures...and if you have in mind a family...well you will need more than that.

Cypriots usually pay money in crazy things and saving matters are not their best subject when they are young...so dont let us scare you too much

So I am from Poland. I don't have a family in mind. I would like to change something in my life. I choose Cyprus because I love warmth, sea and exotic

Try Nicosia for better salaries...and you can be in Larnaca only in 30 min
