Jerry:
with regards to the UK cheques,
June can bank then as long as she has a sterling account,
and it will take 2 weeks to clear.

A big thank you to JB, and her secretary, for her kind donation of food and goodies for the shelter that I picked up from her yesterday. Also thank you so much for the generous money donation. JB I can send you a receipt if you give me your email address?

Please everyone don't forget to buy some food next time you go shopping!

Hi June:
It was nice to meet you and I am just pleased that I could help in some way.

This is for all the forums readers,

1) Toys
these don't have to be dog toys, if you got children toys that you child does not play with anymore, like teddy bears, balls, things that are soft that a dog can chew on.

2) Food/biscuits
any type of dog food and biscuits would go a long way.

3) money:
if you could afford to donate a few pounds June could do miracles with this.

June has only had a hand full of donations since she posted this note and she is very very grateful what she has received and she can't thank the people enough,

when she came to see me yesterday (21 May 07) and she saw what I had to offer, she had tears in her eyes, she couldn't thank me enough.

Please everyone June needs our help, "I have done my bit", it doesn't take much see what you can do for her.

thank you everyone.

Please don't stop sending your donations and giving your support. We always need it especially volunteers. We desperately need electricity at the shelter so if anyone has a generator they can give or loan us please let me know.

My husband Michael is doing a sponsored walk from Limassol to Larnaca on 6th June 2007 at 19:00 hours to raise money for the shelter. Please turn up on the night at the Bank of Cyprus, Yermasoyia Roundabout, to offer your support and send him on a safe walk. The distance is 65kilometres and he is walking alone all to help the dogs at the shelter. Please please give your support.
