The Atlantica Gardens apartment complex is part of the same hotel unit, although situated on the opposite side of the street to the (newly named) Atlantica Oasis.

Atlantica Gardens do have their own swimming pool, reception etc so at least you will be able to continue with the holiday unhindered.

However, all the main entertainment usually takes place in the main hotel - so looks like if the holiday goes ahead as planned, you could well be missing out on certain activities and if you have chosen or wanted to upgrade to a half board or better option, this may cause you further difficulties.

Hi Guys!
Im back from Limassol!!!
The Atlantica Oasis wont be opening for you guys who are going in july-august and by the look of things september..
Im really sorry, but i wasnt able to get any photos as are first week was preparing things for the wedding?
I have drove past several times and they doesnt seem to be any improvement from the last photos i have..
The Atlanica Bay hotel is adults only...The Miramare is a really nice hotel, the pools are very nice and spent long hours by the wet bar....
My reception went really well there aswell, because the miramare is a half/full board hotel and not normally a all inclusive...it got to the point there was running out of food? Please dont let this put you all off, as they are very good people, but was running out of choices at mealtimes, it got really repetative..
but overall was really nice and close to shops bars beach tavernas....
i will update more in a while
Jo
PS-JO BRIDLINGTON...How are you all? and how much did you get charged at checking out LOL!!!!!!

Thanks Jo, I hope that all went well with your wedding. Are you basing the date it will be open on what you saw, or did you hear this officially? I hope that it was officially as perhaps now we can start to look at being moved.

Can somebody please tell me where exactly on the Atlantica Hotels website it says 15th July? I've tried to find it but to no avail! Also just tried to book on their website for the exact dates that we are going, and it appears to let you do this?? :?

Jo-Jo - Hi hope everything went well with wedding, were there any kids at Miramare? As my two are 6 and 2, and I heard it was a bit grown up

HI jo, thanks for all your updates, glad your wedding went well!

Did you see or hear of anybody that had been staying at the apartments and studios?

Would be glad to hear if anybody out there should have been staying in the apartments, if they did or had they been moved?

Hi everyone, I too am supposed to be staying at the Atlantica Oasis Studio and apartments as from the 21st July !! After finding this website, I contacted my travel agent who have telephoned the hotel and Thompson and have been informed that it will be open on 15th July.

We have been informed that we cannot move until Thompson agree the Hotel/Apartments will not be open. This could be 2 days before we go.

I too am very worried, we are staying in a studio, but booked this accommodation because of the facilities the hotel offers. Does anyone know if the Apartments are still open. I was told when I booked this holiday last October, that the apartments were been refurbished also. Does anyone know if this is correct??

Has anyone else booked with Thompson and have you been given the option to move?
