Hi Dawn

I suggest you would get more replies if you provided a bit more information:

is it zoned for griculture or Builing, what is the Build Density, does it have road access/electricity/water etc?

Just a suggestion.

Is there a number missing off the Sq.M as it seems a bit steep in price for that. Especially in Kiti. You'd expect to pay that in Limassol or Nicosia not in Kiti though

If it's in a residential area the asking price is about right for a full plot .

That is if the road /water/electric and phone are there and available.

Now I said the asking price is about right -- what you actually offer and what it's sold at is a different matter.

Residential plots in Kiti are getting few and far between and are commanding a premium price -- there is also a lot of buying going on because of next years vat payments on land sales -- which of course is pushing the price up for a nice plot.

My family is from Kiti and Pervolia. I cant believe that land is "commanding a premium price" there. The sea is rough there and i have lost 3 relatives in the sea as it is so rough. As for the land, its flat there arent any views, no hills or mountains. But yeh good luck to them i hope that they manage to get the price they are asking for.

As I said in my post Joanna that's about right as a asking price for Kiti.

What you would actually pay for it is another matter.

I looked at a full plot in kiti about two years ago the seller wanted 65,000 .

He didn't sell it -- he had offers but wouldn't budge from £65,000 --- because there was a lot of interest he put the price up to £70,000 which meant that he definitely wasn't going to sell unless someone stupid came along

I'm sure that dawn is open to offers -- and accordingly the offer should reflect how nicely situated the plot is..

The land is 565 sqmt its in a residential area with water elec
its in the centre of kiti village , where the new church is being built

your right in what your saying....you getwhat you pay for its the same everywhere
to be honest were not realy botherd if it sells ...we love the location and would make a ideal position in yeara to come when we retire
we thought of selling and buying a resale for now holidays etc
but if we keep it untill then we will be in a lovely sort after area
and this isnt a selling probe we are thinking of sitting on it , its not got to get rid of ....and certainley not a way of making a few bob
we were thinking of moving to cy 2 years ago but personal probs were in the way Dawn
