Even our Humanitarian acts are thwarted by the RoC.

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Zancim ... read what I said to your friend Shah and you will understand what I am saying. Ok I might be tired but i still understand what I post. Anyway i dont want you to feel tired because of me...so I will help a bit...I am not sure what the article said because I didnt read that yet...you didnt gave me time...I am trying to reply back as soon as I can and finish some phone calls here...anyway what I want to say is that if we agree with anything you want to do in the north and inviting people from all over the world or Europe ... well is like you inviting them to a country the legally exist...but here the situation is that TRNC doesnt exist. And if we can protest about that we will just to protect our rights. Can you see my point?

Putting first humanism or politics? No one, not even 1 GC here commented anything on the contrary but even supported the attempts to stop the conference!

That says a lot actually....

Sorry I dont usually spend time to read long posts ...lately I dont have free time...but I will read what you are talking about tonight....Ok if is true is wrong but you have to understand our side. If we accept that is like we say ok do it we recognise the north part of our island as a different country. No Shah...we have to protect our side. Why you look only your benefit. Put your self into our position ... doesnt taste better than yours you know. I am not telling that you are completely wrong in some issues but in others you give the idea of an insane. Especially the flag one!

Oh how quick you change what you were defending only at your previous post, its funny since you always go on about "dancing", anyways i never took you that seriously but about the "benefit", this was an INTERNATIONAL conference Lena, over 30 countries were involved so it benefits everyone globally, except the GCs apparently

So try to actually read the posts you want to comment on....

My previous post was about Zan and his words. He said that we might wish him to die instead of happy birthday...and that politics comes first and then humanism...I do not dance...but ok my apologies for not reading the article...but I am sorry I have a life here and studies to deal with...

Yes a political point! Humanitarian points come first, did you not say?

Zan humanity comes first ... but nobody dies or being hurt if we protest about the place of the conference. We protect our country. So we are sure that Humanity is safe so we wanted our country to be safe as well...

Lena wrote:A friends of mine gave me a book to read. Its a novel about a couple and the story goes through from 1945 to 1980 in Cyprus and Australia...She finished it in 1 day...I have it for a week and I love it but I am slow because every 2-3 pages I have to stop and wipe my tears. She is Greek and she knows the history and stuff but she never live close....I born and grow up there, in Cyprus, I have family members in Australia...and the book is great but the pain inside even if I havent been through all of them really hurts.

What is the name of that book, please Lena? And who wrote it?
I'd very much like to get my hands on a copy.I hope it is available here in Australia....Thanks.

Ps...What Zan and Shah fail to take into account is this:When it comes to matters relating to recognition and sanctions etc everything is political.Nothing is allowed to get in the way of playing the political game. You can't have "No recognition" policy, and have an exception when it comes to "humanitarian issues"...Like you can't be a little bit pregnant! :)
