I’m glad you brought this subject up because it’s actually the crux of your problem but diagnosis is very simple as there is a very straight-forward method for determining those that HAVE a life from those that DO NOT, so here goes…

Those that HAVE a life express their emotions IN PERSON and to REAL PEOPLE they know very well, with words, body language, and especially EYE-CONTACT, and those that do NOT have a life foolishly send emotional binary characters to virtual unknowns in the hope of getting a life.

So now that we’ve learned who has and who hasn’t got a life kindly take your binary attempts at getting a life to a more appropriate place. Thank you.

Dear GR or should I say Dr Get Real since you are the expert and as a doctor by profession you came up with my diagnosis. So Dr… what made you think that I don’t express my self in person and to real people with words, body language, eye-contact and whatever else is needed…??

So I invite you for a face to face meeting, to express my views and my opinions, with an eye-contact communication, with real words coming out of my own mouth, with my body talking to you and what ever else is needed to make you come up with your next diagnosis about “MY PROBLEMS”????

thanks Natty… so I am not an alien but I am crazy enough to live in my own world…mmm I see…to be honest…I do like that. I hope you do as well my compatriot. For my bachelor final project…I chose as my topic the imagination, freedom, creativity…and my title was “Κι από τη ανάποδη φοριέται η φαντασία και σε όλα τα μεγέθη της” (= you can wear imagination from the opposite site and whatever size you want) from Odissea Eliti (1980). That project is one of the things that I have ever done and I am proud of it. I quote a children poem from Xaine (1991)…and somewhere say… «Έχεις φαντασία; Εν δυο κλείσε τα μάτια σου τα δυο! [...] Αν θέλεις όλα τα μπορείς! Κλείσε τα μάτια σου να δεις» (=Do you have imagination? One two, close your two eyes […] If you want, you can do anything! Close your eyes and you will see). Well I am a teacher and those 3 elements are necessary for my job. But I use those 3 in my life as well. I believe in freedom…freedom of speech, freedom of life, freedom to your rights etc. I believe that you need imagination to make your life better. You need imagination to dream, to make plans, to come up with ideas, to be original and not just quoting, repeating or following others. And if you have those two you move with the creativity…you need creativity to succeed to your life, to get a promotion, to achieve your goals up to the end…to create a better life. And believing to those three…you think positively and you accept to be called alien and naïve and crazy and whatever…you let the others free to express their opinion about you. I believe so much those things that I manage to finish that in 15 days, 110 pages and 5 ½ of them was references.

Oh believe me, I like to visit my 'fantasy world' often as well . And I completely agree with you. You need imagination to be able to live, and not just to do all the things you mentioned but to be able escape from the world, to use your imagination as a means of escapism, which is just why we human beings love reading and watching Television programmes and films, you can escape from your life and, with the help of your imagination, delve into other 'fantasy lives'. I think, as long as you can make a distinction between fantasy and reality, on a certain level, your imagination can help keep you sane...And freedom of speech is so important! This forum is great for example, because you can express your opinions freely, and disagree with other people's opinions freely, without having your words 'edited', or be told that you’re not allowed to right this and your not allowed to right that...

You must have really enjoyed writing this project...I really love it you write about something that you are so passionate about, you can totally lose yourself in the project..

Mmm well…to be honest I never believed the story of the kiss (if a couple kiss each other then next step is getting pregnant) or the bees story or anything…I don’t remember my self very curious how I came in this world…my only question to my mum it was if I had the same mum and dad with my brother or I was adopted…because I was so different from by brother.

No I don't remember being very curious about where I came from either...

I have a funny story about the 'kissing theory'. My Grandfathers brothers wife told us about the first time he kissed her, she panicked so much because she thought she could be pregnant, and being the priests daughter she couldn't get pregnant before she was married...She was very young and innocent...

A forum is the least discriminatory environment anyone could ever hope for to present their case so what exactly is it you hope to achieve in person that you are unable to in here?

I sincerely hope you don’t assume that you will mentally overwhelm me with your physical advantages and thus “earn” back whatever credit you may feel you have lost because such a plan may backfire.

Yes Natty you are right. I really enjoyed that project. As I said is one of the things that I am proud for my self. When I was writing that …yes I did lost my self in books…I was sleeping only for 4 hours and I didn’t do anything apart from reading, writing, typing, correcting…well even my mum took some days off that period because I didn’t have the time or the will to do anything else.

As for what you said that imagination make you escape…true…I can talk for hour about that…there are lots of poems and books about that subject …I will only give you a tip from that…again from Elitis (2002), (which I adore) … «Έχω δει πολλά, και η γη μές’ απ’ τον νου μου φαίνεται ωραιότερη» (=I have seen a lot, and the earth through my mind looks more beautiful)! So I chose to look the earth through my mind/imagination often just to make me move on with my life.

As for the rest … yes Natty I know that you didn’t talk about shaking ass…I was teasing you…!!!!

Lena, I’d be more interested in meeting up with people more my age and only after establishing a very firm bond with them based on trust and understanding. Such a relationship would probably take someone like me 1-2 years to establish if over the Internet. I’m sorry to disappoint.

Look I am too tired and too busy to be bothered with you. Ok this is the last time that I will reply to you according to this threat. I express my feelings to people that deserve them or I express my feelings according to how I feel at that time, whatever that might be. If I feel anger or love or respect or any…I will show how I feel. I thought you were talking about my ideas and not my feelings because you challenge me to talk with the way I talk in here and in real life. But I guess the fact that I am a young woman make you think that the only thing that we are able to do is offer “love” with any “physical advantage” we have, and not talk with the same way that you talk. I guess you believe that because I am a young woman doesn’t makes me equal to you. And you said that you meet with people only after you establish a very firm bond with them…so you don’t talk to people that actually don’t know very well but only with them that you are like brothers. Ok ….now I see your point. I am sorry for taking your valuable time my dear. My mistake that I thought we were humans that we can share views and ideas…but not the fact that I am younger makes me unable to talk with other people, with people like you. My mistake.

As for the feelings part…I am a pre-primary teacher and I learn to talk with love. I don't force my self to do that…I just feel that way. And trust me…when I feel love coming out of my mouth I do express it and when that doesn't happen even if the others want my love…I don't lie…I hate lies so I prefer not to say anything or just say that I don't feel any love. A friend told me that some times showing your love and your feelings generally make you vulnerable … and as I told him I learned not to fear my feelings, expressing my feelings with the dangerous to get shame or pain. You can learn a lot from both of them. I try to see the world from children's eyes. To make mistakes doesn't kill you just teach you. To fall is not going to kill you if you can find the strength to stand up on your feeds. To cry is not a shame. To ask for protection is not a disability. To want to be loved and love someone is a matter of nature.

“Express feelings to strangers”…it is so bad to say few good words to someone for you. Get Real to be kind and to have something good to say to the other doesn’t make you a bitch or bad person or it will lead you to bed. Every time that I said something good to someone or somebody else told me something good…you and people like you thought that the next step is the bed…

What ever you believe about me or generally is your right…and I respect it…but is my right to express my self with the way that I want. Try to respect other people as well. I never insulted you and you called me bitch with no reason. Anyway…no hard feelings from my side. And believe me after that, after your last post…no disappointments…only pleasure.
