international conferences are not meant to be taking place either in puppet states, nor on small islands in the middle of nowhere... unless they are set up by the big boys. its just a pathetic scream for attention

Whatever mate no one cares about politics or the "big boys" when it comes to humanitarian issues, hence why a lot of people turned up...

By "natural disasters and emergency situations," are they referring to electrical power failures?
