I am a no smoking person I went to a pub and I was very suprise a big sign at the entrance saying in Greek ΑΠΑΓΟΡΕΥΕΤΕ Η ΕΙΣΟΔΟΣ ΣΕ ΜΗ ΚΑΠΝΙΣΤΕΣ -NON SMOKERS NOT ALLOW- Is this legal ?

Sounds fair enough to me... half the pubs for smokers and the other half for non.

This is a public place .There nowhere smoking pubs and non smoking pub .This is a illegal way to avoid the new law .All public places must have a separate smoking area.

I love it!!!! But really they cannot ban you from going in the pub. The sign should warn you that 'This is a smoking pub'. You can always say that you are a smoker and forgot your cigarettes at home.

strange one this i think it would be a bloody crap business man if he actually did not allow non smokers into his pub. however it is up to the landlord who he does or does not allow into his pub
