I bougth a car dvd player on line from Chinavasion Wholesale Ltd .When i received the player everything was working but no sound .I sent them email and they answer <<I am really sorry to hear about this problem with your item.

We quality check all the devices before they are sent (in addition to the factory QA) but it sounds as if this item may have developed a fault.

You can return this for a replacement under the 12 month warranty. You need to post it back to us in China and we will contact you as soon as your package arrives here in Shenzhen. Please enclose our returns slip with the returned goods package>>

I return the dvd player and I have confirmation <<I can confirm we received the parcel with your returned goods today.

What can I say? you're a sucker for punishment! If you read ALL their fine-print (assuming they have it online) I'm sure you'll solve all your queries. Do you think there are international agreements to determine the meaning of the word "refund"? Think again.

Who pays for returning items?


The cost of shipping a probable faulty item back to us in China would be borne by the customer. This cost may be refundable if a serious error has been made by Chinavasion. In these cases we will communicate with the customer to offer this.


The expense of shipping replacement items and parts back to customers is borne by Chinavasion. We also bear the cost of taxes and charges from importing returned items back through China Customs

Chinavasion checks the goods and issues a refund / credit / replacement as required. Replacements are delivered with the shipping cost covered by Chinavasion, with full tracking details provided, dispatched within 10 days (usually sooner) as per normal Chinavasion orders.
